  • Order and shipping confirmation

    You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been successfully placed. The order confirmation will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

    Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive an order shipped confirmation email with relevant shipping information. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

  • Where we ship

    While adding new locations daily, we currently are personally able to ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Not a part of our current distribution location list? No problem. Thanks to our partnership with Two Rivers and Ingram, you can find our books in stores worldwide: physical and online, national retail, gift and specialty stores, as well as your local libraries and favorite independent bookstores. Find a non-exhaustive list on our ‘Points of Sale’ page. If your favorite local store does not yet carry our products, please contact us or have them contact Ingram directly. Amazon also carries our products.

  • Shipping costs

    We offer USPS economy mail on all orders. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and will appear on your order confirmation.

  • Taxes

    Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and are reflected on the ‘Order Summary’ page.

  • Return any item you’ve purchased for any reason

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and get a full refund or exchange it for credit towards something else. Products purchased from TA-DA! are eligible for a refund or exchange only if TA-DA! receives your return undamaged - and within 14 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging.

    Before returning the product, please contact customer service at support@tadalp.com to receive instructions on how to best go about your return.

  • Receiving a refund

    A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items on TA-DA!’s part. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.

    Please note that returns may take 3-10 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account depending on your financial institution.
